Sumit Talreja

Sumit Talreja has extensive experience in the insurance and bancassurance industry. Sumit started their career in 2004 as a Manager at Metlife Insurance Co. India Limited, where they focused on corporate and bancassurance. Sumit then moved on to ABN AMRO, where they served as a Manager Bancassurance from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they joined Deutsche Bank as the Head of Acquisition and Bancassurance, where they worked from 2010 to 2014. Currently, they are employed at SBI Card, where they have held various positions, including Assistant Vice President Insurance and Crossell North and West, Deputy Vice President - Insurance & Crossell, and Vice President - Head Insurance Field Sales.

Sumit Talreja completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued their commerce education at Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation) from 1980 to 1994. Later, they went on to attend ICFAI Business School from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Marketing & Finance.
