Manawwar Kalim

Manawwar Kalim has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Manawwar started their career in 2006 at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Manawwar then joined Birla Sun Life Insurance Co.Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Content Development & Knowledge Management. In this role, they conducted trainings, provided support, and contributed ideas for process improvement. Manawwar worked at Birla Sun Life Insurance until 2010.

From 2010 onwards, Manawwar Kalim joined SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Their roles at SBI Life Insurance include Content Development Manager in Learning and Development, Associate Vice President in Digital Learning, Associate Vice President & Regional HR, and currently they hold the position of Associate Vice President Human Resources.

Manawwar Kalim completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Patna University in the years 1998 to 2001. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Economics from the same university from 2002 to 2004. In 2005 to 2006, Manawwar attended the International College Of Financial Planning and obtained an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (APGDFP). In 2006 to 2007, they enrolled in the Insurance Institute of India and obtained a Licentiate in Life Insurance. Additionally, in the year 2023, Manawwar obtained a certification in Organization Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and OD Alternatives.
