Sorin Va Luong

Sorin Va Luong currently serves as the Chief Information Technology Officer at SBI LY HOUR Bank since April 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Information Officer at Woori Bank Cambodia from 2018 to April 2025, overseeing core IT and digital application development departments. Sorin held multiple leadership roles at VisionFund (Cambodia) from October 2015 to February 2020, including Director of Information Technology, where responsibilities encompassed core banking system development and IT security. Notable entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Business Integrator Solutions in 2015, providing comprehensive technology architecture solutions. Prior to this, Sorin contributed significantly to Beeline Cambodia's billing and enterprise resource planning systems from 2009 to 2015, and has a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Information Technology from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok and multiple degrees in Computer Science.
