Danish Kazi has a strong background in customer service and operations management. Danish started their career in 2005 at IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt Ltd, working their way up from Assistant Manager Operations to Deputy Manager Operations and eventually Manager Operations. In 2009, they transitioned to IBM Daksh Philippines Inc as a Senior Manager Operations, where they successfully managed an inbound customer service project for a fortune 500 financial client. In 2011, Danish joined Tech Mahindra Business Services as Head Operations, where they were responsible for managing operations for UK Telecom customers across multiple sites. Danish actively participated in pre-sales activities such as RFIs and RFPs.
