Alicia Lee

Alicia Lee serves as the Chief Consulting Officer at SBI, The Growth Advisory since October 2023 and as a Board Advisor for Flare Education, a non-profit dedicated to cultivating diverse business leadership among high school students. Alicia founded Services Consulting Group in March 2023, focusing on enhancing organizational customer experience and growth. Previously, Alicia was the Chief Consulting Officer at Forrester for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included leading the consulting function and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Alicia's extensive background also includes key roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, AimNet Solutions, Keane Consulting Group, Fleet Bank, and Digital Equipment Corporation, complemented by an MBA from Boston College and a BS from the University at Albany.
