Max Boomer

Maxwell Boomer is an experienced professional in growth strategy and operations, currently serving as an Engagement Manager for Private Equity Growth Strategy at SBI, The Growth Advisory since September 2023. Prior to this role, Maxwell was a Senior Manager for Strategy and Operations at Salad and Go from January 2022 to May 2023. Maxwell has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, having held positions at Deloitte as an Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant from September 2019 to January 2022. Additionally, Maxwell was a William H. Gates Sr. Fellow in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Technology Alliance and completed a Strategy and Operations Summer Associate role at Deloitte. Earlier experience includes roles at Ford Motor Company as a Marketing & Sales Zone Manager and Operations Zone Manager from September 2011 to July 2017, along with a Government Affairs internship. Maxwell holds an MBA from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business and a degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Oregon.
