Chris Slater has an extensive education history. In 2004, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. In the same year, they also earned another AA degree, this time in Contracts Management, from the same institution. Moving forward, in 2010, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University. Continuing their education, they then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Acquisition & Contracts Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2017.
In addition to their academic achievements, Chris also holds several certifications. In April 2019, they obtained the "Unlimited Contracting Officer Warrant" from the Air Force Installation Contracting Center. Chris also achieved the "DAWIA Contracting Level III" certification from the United States Department of Defense in January 2018.
