Denzel Dones

Denzel Dones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Denzel began their career as a Contract Specialist in the United States Air Force in 2017, where they later served as a Flight Commander in Base Infrastructure from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they became a Contingency Contracting Officer for Services and Commodities before transitioning to the role of Flight Commander for Plans and Programs in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Denzel served as a Contracting Officer in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, leading various programs and receiving an increase in warrant from $250K to $25 million. In 2022, they joined VMware as a Fellow until 2023. Currently, they are working as a DoD Integration and Business Development Consultant at SBIR Advisors Inc.

Denzel Dones completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Denzel also obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in January 2023.
