Ludovic Mourier

Ludovic Mourier has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ludovic began their career as an agricultural intern at Quenby Hall, where they focused on cheese production and agricultural work. Following this, they worked as a project management intern at PRODIASUR, where they helped raise awareness among farmers about sustainable agricultural techniques.

In 2008, Ludovic took on a project management internship at Xao Ban, where they were involved in the launch of a goat cheese product. Ludovic then joined General Mills - Yoplait in 2009 as a supply chain management intern, contributing to the reorganization of the distribution system.

After completing their internship, Ludovic continued their career at General Mills - Yoplait as a Logistics Purchasing Manager. Ludovic was responsible for all purchasing activities related to logistics, a position they held until 2013.

In 2014, Ludovic joined Groupe SOMDIAA as a Category Buyer, where they focused on procurement activities. Their role included managing supplier relationships and implementing procurement strategies.

Ludovic then transitioned to the role of Purchasing, Manufacturing & Quality Manager in 2021 before being promoted to their current position as Head of Operations & Product Life Management in 2023.
