Ryan Dishaw

Ryan Dishaw, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Sourcing at SBM Life Science since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan held significant positions in strategic sourcing at Element Biosciences, where responsibilities included supporting the company’s first commercial product launch amid pandemic challenges. Ryan's experience also includes a role as Global Category Manager at Abbott, where development of an integrated sourcing strategy for the Vascular division resulted in substantial cost savings and improved supplier performance. Previously, Ryan served as Senior and Commodity Manager at Luminex Corporation, leading a team in creating a comprehensive sourcing strategy for multiple medical device manufacturing sites. Early career experience at Applied Materials involved various supply chain management roles with a focus on supply continuity and inventory control, achieving notable financial improvements. Ryan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from St. Edward's University and a BS in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
