Anindita Ghosh

Anindita Ghosh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as Assistant Manager HR at TM International Logistics Ltd since April 2025, Anindita previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at STEEL PLANTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED from February 2023 to October 2025. Prior to that, Anindita was an Assistant Manager Human Resource Generalist at Emami Realty Limited from November 2021 to January 2023. Anindita's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Manager HR and Admin at Agni Green Power Limited from August 2017 to October 2021, and as HR Executive at Switz Group from March 2010 to February 2016, where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll, and training & development. Anindita's HR career began as an Executive-HR at MPS group of companies from January 2008 to January 2010. Anindita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Kalyani and WBUT (2005-2007) and a B.Sc. in Economics with a focus on Statistics, Mathematics, and English from Gurucharan College (2002-2004).
