Reneé West is a seasoned strategic professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Leadership Development at SBM Management Services, LP since May 2023, Reneé is responsible for designing and implementing programs to enhance leadership skills and align talent development with business goals. Prior to this role, Reneé spent over nine years at Charter Communications as the Global Leadership & Development Program Manager, where notable achievements included guiding organizations through significant changes and fostering a culture of development through effective training initiatives. Reneé holds a degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision with a focus on Leadership Strategies from Purdue University.
