Adam Christie

Adam Christie is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in Industrial Control Systems (ICSS) and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. Currently serving as Group Principal Engineer at SBM Offshore since May 2014, Adam has held several key roles within the company, including Assets Integrity Lead and Lead ICSS Engineer. Prior to this, Adam spent nearly nine years at Siemens Industry as a Senior Field-based Automation Engineer, providing advanced support for a range of Siemens Automation products. Adam's career began at Continental as a Junior Engineer and progressed to a System Engineer at Parkburn Precision Handling Systems. Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, complemented by a solid foundation in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from West Calder High School.
