Operations Readiness Manager F4w at SBM Offshore

Andrew Pope has over 35 years of experience in maritime operations and management, currently serving as Operations Readiness Manager F4W and previously as Global Fleet Support Manager at SBM Offshore since December 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing the North America-West Africa fleet of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units and managing the SBM Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) trading fleet. Prior roles at SBM Offshore also included Technical Manager for the Asia Africa fleet and Fleet Marine Superintendent for 20 FPSOs globally. Previously, Andrew Pope held various positions at Shell from September 1988 to 2011, including Manning Manager for a fleet of 50 LNG and oil tankers and Chief Officer, gaining comprehensive experience in marine operations. Educational background includes completion at QEII Isle of Man from 1981 to 1987.
