Arun Anbalagan

Arun Anbalagan is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in supply chain management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at SBM Offshore since October 2025, Arun previously held similar senior buyer roles at Iv and SOFEC, Inc., where responsibilities included managing procurement for single point mooring systems for offshore vessels. Prior roles include procurement engineering positions at Audex Pte Ltd and Siew Heng Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd, focusing on mechanical and electrical package procurement, and site engineering for BGR Energy Systems. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and certifications in Procurement Management.
