Connie Koster

Connie Koster is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, learning, and development. Currently serving as HR Manager for SBM Offshore in the Netherlands since May 2013, Connie has held various roles including Talent & Learning Manager and Global HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a senior HR consultant position at Maersk Line from January 2007 to April 2013, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, mobility, coaching, and training development.
