Fred Maubert

Fred Maubert is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner for SBM Offshore since August 2013, Fred focuses on the development of the Engineering Community across multiple organizations and countries. Prior to this, Fred held significant positions at Bull, where responsibilities included HR integration and restructuring, and at Business Objects, overseeing compensation and benefits policies across the EMEA region. Earlier career achievements include establishing a Compensation and Benefits department at Bull and consulting at Hay Group. Fred holds an engineer diploma from Grenoble INP - UGA, earned between 1996 and 1999.
