Luana Pizetta

Luana Pizetta is an experienced Operational Excellence Engineer at SBM Offshore since June 2022, with a robust background in performance engineering and lean consultancy. Prior to the current role, Luana served as a Performance Engineer at Vallourec South America from July 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading continuous improvement strategies using 2 Second Lean concepts and managing various lean projects. As a Lean Consultant and founder of Performance Consultoria from June 2016 to March 2019, Luana implemented lean practices across diverse industries, including education and healthcare. Luana holds a Master’s degree in Management and Improvement of Production Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
