Mehdi Alami, a seasoned professional in Project Controls and Planning, currently serves as Lead Planner at SBM Offshore since September 2022, overseeing Project Controls activities in Primavera P6 for major brownfield projects and ensuring strategic integration of cost and schedule elements. Previously, Mehdi held the position of Project Control Manager at DeepTech Solutions, where responsibilities included developing baseline schedules and leading project dashboard reports. Mehdi's experience at SBM Offshore spans over a decade, incorporating roles such as Construction Manager, Project Engineer, and Operations Engineer, with a strong focus on fabrications, offshore installations, and operational efficiency within the oil and gas sector. Holding multiple Master's degrees in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Process Engineering, Mehdi is well-equipped with the technical and analytical skills necessary for managing complex engineering projects.
