Ricardo Mennes is an experienced project planner and control consultant with a robust background in managing large-scale EPCIC projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the JV - Overall Lead Project Planner at SBM Offshore since November 2021, Ricardo has previously led significant FPSO projects for ExxonMobil, including 'Yellowtail' and 'Liza Unity'. Ricardo's experience spans multiple roles and organizations, including senior positions at Aram Group BV and Fluor Corporation, where responsibilities included setting up comprehensive project schedules and control measures. With a solid educational foundation in cost engineering and mechanical engineering, Ricardo Mennes brings extensive expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement to every endeavor.
