Roxana Diac

Roxana Diac is an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist at SBM Offshore since May 2021, with prior experience at Deloitte Romania from December 2014 to May 2021 as a Forensic Senior Associate and Forensic Associate, specializing in financial crime, anti-money laundering, and regulatory compliance for a diverse client base, including international organizations and private sector companies. Roxana contributed to numerous forensic projects, including transaction monitoring for a major American online payments company, and also held the role of Knowledge Management Communication Coordinator, focusing on risk management within Financial Advisory. Previously, Roxana worked at EY as an Executive Assistant and Risk Management Coordinator, handling client engagement acceptance and risk management activities. Roxana holds a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from West University of Timisoara.
