Tessa Yesselman is an experienced investigative manager and columnist, currently serving in various capacities since October 2015. At the NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board, Tessa interviews police officers and civilians, conducts legal research, and supervises investigators. As a columnist for SB Nation, Tessa writes weekly articles on Ivy League basketball and utilizes analytics to enhance audience engagement. In community relations with the New York Islanders, Tessa has executed promotions and facilitated fan interaction. Prior roles include program coordinator at iMentor, where Tessa managed events and mentor-mentee relationships, and social work internships at the Center for Court Innovation and Bailey House, Inc. Tessa holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Manhattan College.
