Anna Henderson

Chief Political Correspondent at SBS

Anna Henderson has a strong background in journalism and political reporting. Anna is currently working as the Chief Political Correspondent at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), including as a Political Reporter from February 2008 to March 2021. In addition, they served as the National Regional Affairs Reporter from June 2018 to March 2019, and as an Online Politics Reporter/blogger from January 2016 to November 2016. Before joining the ABC, Anna worked as a Reporter at The Northern Daily Leader from February 2006 to December 2007.

Anna Henderson studied at the University of Sydney from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued an Honours degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2004, they also attended the University of Stirling for a brief period to study Media.
