Cristina Freitas Benedek

Cristina Freitas-Benedek is an experienced professional in international development and content production, currently serving as a Content Producer for the Tetum Language at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia since July 2023. With a solid background in consulting, Cristina has held various prominent positions including Senior International Development Consultant at Ethos of Engagement Consulting since March 2020 and International Development Consultant as a freelancer. Prior roles include Lead Consultant at DevDAS and Deputy Team Leader for Capacity Building at the Asian Development Bank. Cristina's earlier experience encompasses Senior Partnership Advisor at Resonance and consulting roles at the International Finance Corporation, Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance in Timor-Leste, supported by a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University.
