Jenna Yoon has a diverse work experience in the fields of translation, journalism, production, and media. Jenna started their career at Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia in 2000, where they worked as a lead translator, subtitler, quality checker, and voice/camera talent. Jenna handled high-profile projects in various fields, including medical, legal, technology, entertainment, and government departments. Jenna also worked as a producer, broadcast journalist, and acting executive producer at SBS Radio, where they produced, wrote, translated, and presented news and feature stories. Jenna also oversaw the programming and hosted a weekly show and special outdoor broadcasting. In addition, Jenna worked as a translator, quality checker, and voice talent at I&G Media Production, a freelance translator at Bering Lab, a voice-over artist at TransPerfect, and a translator/independent contributor at Appen. Jenna also served as a localization and recording supervisor at Appen. Furthermore, Jenna worked as an inflight entertainment programmer at Stellar Inflight in Sydney and as a team leader and newsletter editor at The Ministry of Gender Equality & Family in the Republic of Korea. Jenna also worked as a freelance chief editor at a Weekly Korean Newspaper in Australia. Currently, Jenna is working as a subtitler and translator at Deluxe.

Jenna Yoon has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Jenna began their educational journey at Ewha Womans University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Following this, they pursued further education at Macquarie University in 2000, completing a Master's degree in Interpreting and Translation.

Jenna also engaged in professional development courses at The University of Sydney Business School in 2006, focusing on areas related to their career growth. In addition, they participated in an International Conference Management Course at the Ewha International Convention Management Centre in 1999, exploring the field of event coordination and management.

Jenna'seducational pursuits were not limited to traditional academic institutions. Jenna also acquired skills in Information Technology through a Certificate 1 program at Macquarie Community College in 2003. Furthermore, they underwent training at KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) in 2003, attending the 9th World Training of Korean Language Broadcasters.

Lastly, Jenna sought a Master's degree in International Law & International Relations at UNSW from 2008 to 2010, further expanding their knowledge in the legal and international affairs domain.
