Nasheet Jaffer Khan

Nasheet Jaffer Khan is a seasoned digital editor currently working at the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia since March 2022. From October 2018 to November 2021, Nasheet served as an online editor at Arab News, where responsibilities included assigning and mentoring a team of correspondents and editing stories for various platforms. Prior to that, Nasheet held the role of deputy international editor at Gulf News from September 2007 to May 2018, overseeing content and improving copy readability. Earlier in the career, Nasheet worked in various editorial roles including copy editor, community solutions editor, and sub-editor/reporter at The Emirates Evening Post, as well as freelance writing for Nirvana Events and customer service at Gulf News. Nasheet began the journalism career as a reporter for The Economic Times and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies and Marketing Communications from Osmania University.
