Els Verstraeten is currently the Manager of Jump2Work, Outplacement, and Loopbaanbegeleiding at SBS Skill BuilderS. Els leads a team of 11 regioverantwoordelijken and over 200 coaches, providing optimal services across Vlaanderen and Brussel. Els previously worked as a Regioverantwoordelijke at the same company, overseeing career counsellors in Vlaams Brabant/Brussel and Kempen/Mechelen. In the past, Els also worked as a Career Counsellor focusing on outplacement. Els has a strong educational background in Business Strategy & leadership, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
