Eunice MSc, IHRP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Eunice has held various roles in different companies since 2007.
From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Paradigm Cuisine Management Pte Ltd (Imperial Skye Group), where they were responsible for the full spectrum of HR support, including recruitment and onboarding. Eunice also played a key role in setting up recruitment strategies, compensation schemes, HR contracts, and policies for the organization.
From 2010 to 2013, Eunice worked as a Group HR Manager - Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering at Kenko Holdings Pte Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for the full spectrum of HR support and played a strategic role in areas such as recruitment and selection, grievance handling, training and development, performance appraisal, and quality management.
From 2013 to 2018, Eunice worked at Resorts World Sentosa as a Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering. Eunice provided recruitment support for corporate and operations roles, planned and executed recruitment drives, and managed campus recruitment and branding efforts for the organization.
Since 2018, Eunice has been working at SBS Transit Ltd as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Attraction. In this role, they are responsible for managing and delivering various people-agenda initiatives, including talent acquisition, change management, diversity and inclusion, and internships. Eunice also spearheads the implementation of HR projects and strategies across different entities under ComfortDelGro Group.
Eunice holds a MSc degree in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Roehampton, completed between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, Eunice received a BA degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University between 2008 and 2010.
