Linus Hoon

Linus Hoon is an accomplished HR and Organizational Development professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager of HR/OD at SBS Transit Ltd since September 2020, Linus has previously held significant roles, including Training Manager at E-Bridge Pre-School and Learning & Development Lead at NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd. Throughout the career, Linus has demonstrated expertise in training needs analysis, program management, and the implementation of Learning Management Systems. Notable achievements include the completion of a Future Leader Program, development of a Competency Model at NatSteel, and improvement of training administrative processes. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Training & Development from Aventis School of Management and a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
