Jo Woodman

Jo Woodman (Nee Barnard) is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR & OD Manager at Thames Water since January 2022, previous positions include HR Manager at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited and Acal BFi, as well as HR Service Centre Advisor at TJX Europe (TK Maxx). Jo's earlier experience also encompasses roles at DHL Supply Chain and Fastrack. Jo holds an educational background from Hertfordshire College, completed between 2012 and 2013.
