Valerie de Silva

Valerie De Silva, I. is an experienced Human Resource and Organizational Development professional with a strong background in talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager at SBS Transit Ltd since January 2022, Valerie has previously held senior management roles at ComfortDelGro from May 2013 to December 2021 and at ST Engineering from May 2011 to April 2013. Key contributions include developing the CDG Leadership Academy and implementing various competency frameworks and training roadmaps. Earlier experience includes roles at Chevron focusing on leadership and organizational development across the Asia Pacific region and at the Singapore Civil Defence Force in various HR functions. Valerie holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute and a BSc (Hons) in Computing with Management from the University of Bradford.
