Alexandra Fraiz is the Head of Retail and Brand Expansion at Shades By Shan Cosmetics, a cruelty-free & impact-driven cosmetics company that supports single parents through The Mamaberries Nonprofit Foundation. Prior to this role, Alexandra has worked in various positions such as Course Director for Crusaders Coaching Leadership Programme™ at Boma New Zealand and Head of Business Operations and Customer Experience at KIRU, a fintech ecosystem for HR management. With a background in sales and marketing, Alexandra has also held positions at Draper University and Hult International Business School.
