Brian Davison is the Founder & CEO of Sports Business Ventures, dedicated to building the sports industry of tomorrow. Brian is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at Brevard College. With previous experience as the Vice President of Marketing & Partnerships at HEIR, Vice President of Basketball Development & Affairs at Milwaukee Bucks Inc., and various roles at Nike, including Global Product Line Manager and Nike Basketball Sports Marketing roles. Brian also served as an Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball at Brevard College. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sports Business from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor's degree in Business - Sports Management & Marketing from Brevard College.

Ellen has over 10 years of experience in the sports industry. She had a successful soccer career, which led her to be drafted to the NWSL and play professionally. Ellen uses her previous experiences working at Nike and playing at the highest level to bring her expertise to the business side of sports.
