Shelley Sinclair

Shelley Sinclair is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the General Manager at SBV since August 2023. Previously, Shelley held multiple roles at SBV from September 2010 to June 2017, including Head of Organisational Design, HR Operations Manager, and Recruitment Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Pioneer Foods In Store from June 2008 to September 2010, where responsibilities encompassed IR management, HR reporting, talent management, recruitment and selection, and project management. Shelley holds a degree in Industrial Psychology with a focus on Psychometrics from the University of Johannesburg.
