David Lee

Before joining SoftBank Ventures Asia, David worked in Korea Investment Partners as an in-house legal counsel, which is another well-known VC in Korea, engaging in a review of investment contracts and investment structures, compliance, advisory, and litigation. Based on their previous experience related to investment and startup, he worked in D'LIGHT Law Group and provided legal counseling in areas including startup companies, corporate and finance, M&A, PEF/VC, and litigation. He holds a JD degree from Yonsei Law school and a BA from Yonsei University.
