Hugo Vogel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Since March 2018, Hugo has served as the CEO of Sistema Escudo, a technology company focused on safety solutions, which is part of the Evolke Group. In addition, Hugo has been an Associado Investidor at SC Angels since October 2021, providing smart investment opportunities for entrepreneurial ventures in Santa Catarina. Prior to these roles, Hugo founded Evolke Aprendizagem Corporativa in 2013, aimed at improving worker training processes, and established HV Assessoria in 2008, specializing in technical consulting and engineering projects. Hugo began their career at Raumak Packaging, contributing to product adequacy and technical documentation development. Education includes studies at FURB - Universidade de Blumenau and UNERJ.
