Shadda Winterhalter

Shadda Winterhalter currently serves as the Internship and Special Projects Coordinator at the SC Department of Health and Human Services since December 2019, having previously held the role of Administrative Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Contractor and Paralegal at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm from August 2018 to February 2020, and as an Information Services Operator at The White House from December 2018 to November 2019. Additional roles include Wall Fellow at Wall College of Business at Coastal Carolina University and Intern at The White House in 2018, as well as Legal Intern at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm and several positions at Coastal Carolina University including Resident Advisor and Conference Assistant. Shadda Winterhalter holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Coastal Carolina University.
