Seth Holland has extensive experience in finance roles. Seth started their career as a Financial Analyst at Ei - A Pharmaceutical SolutionWorks in 2008, where they worked until 2013. Following that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at NASCAR Media Group for a few months in 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Seth worked at Deb Group, first as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Finance Manager. Seth then joined DebMed, a part of SC Johnson Professional, as a Senior Finance Manager in 2017 and worked there until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning Analysis at SC Johnson Professional Inc. Currently, Seth is the Finance Director for the Industrial and Institutional sector of SC Johnson Professional USA, a position they have held since 2019.

From 2002 to 2006, Seth Holland attended East Carolina University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
