Adrienne Dipaolo

Adrienne (Macmillan) DiPaolo is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in IT governance, portfolio management, and program delivery. Currently serving as Director within the Office of the CIO at SC Johnson since May 2020, Adrienne oversees global portfolio management, vendor management, and organizational change management. Prior roles include Director of PMO at Reyes Holdings, where responsibilities encompassed market expansions and acquisition integrations, and Executive Director of Portfolio Management at Trustmark Companies, focusing on EPMO revitalization. Previous experiences also include leadership positions at Results Positive, AvivaUSA, Wells Fargo, Maytag Corporation, and Century Planning Associates, with expertise spanning project management, corporate systems, and human resources. Adrienne holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Allegheny College.
