Ashley Aguilar

Ashley Aguilar, M.S., currently serves as an Associate Manager in Global Leadership Development at SC Johnson since April 2023. Prior experience includes participation in the I/O Psychology Business Challenge at Procter & Gamble and a role in Global Talent Acquisition at General Motors, where Ashley managed event communications for the global intern program and coordinated a Q&A session with CEO Mary Barra. At Hedwig Dances, Ashley developed a talent management model aiding dancers in their transition to administrative roles during a company restructuring. Additional experience includes conducting individual assessments for the Center for Leadership Studies and administrative support at de Giulio kitchen design. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
