Kylie Ketterhagen

Kylie Ketterhagen has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Programs Manager at SC Johnson since January 2015, after progressing through several roles, including Associate Manager and HR Business Partner. Prior to SC Johnson, Ketterhagen was an HR Generalist at Waukesha Bearings Corporation, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting and employee relations for two manufacturing facilities, and was involved in global HR projects. Ketterhagen began a career in HR with an internship at Raytheon and gained experience as a Payroll Coordinator and HR Intern at Express Employment Professionals. Ketterhagen holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Ketterhagen is also pursuing education at Université d'Aix-Marseille in France.
