Alin Constantin Troaca

Alin Constantin Troaca currently serves as the Learning and Performance Manager at METRO Romania, a position held since May 2017, where responsibilities include training strategy planning, internal consulting for training requests, and delivering training programs. Prior roles at METRO included Coordonator Learning and Senior Training Specialist, focusing on training needs analysis, logistics, and evaluation. Before METRO, Alin was a Project Manager - Trainer at VEO Worldwide Services, overseeing training needs assessment and delivery for the DARE International Trade Academy. Experience also includes significant positions at Metro Cash and Carry, where Alin developed the "LaDoiPasi" franchise network and handled trade customer coordination. Alin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Al. I. Cuza University in Iasi and graduated from Vasile Lupu High School.
