Paul Miles

Paul Miles is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer and Information Technology Consultant for the South Carolina Technical College System since August 2016, Paul provides technical direction for 16 state-level technical colleges. Prior roles include HIPAA Security Officer and Director of Client Services at Agape Senior, where Paul managed IT needs and vendor relations in the healthcare sector. Earlier experience includes functioning as a System Administrator and Lead Helpdesk Technician, supporting various IT systems and staff. Paul also gained foundational experience in customer support as a Geek Squad CIA at Best Buy and served as a Resident Advisor at the University of South Carolina. Paul holds a degree from the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2008.
