In 1997, Larry briefly pursued graduate coursework in Government Administration at the University of Pennsylvania. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they attended the University of Virginia and completed their Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning. Additionally, in May 2003, Larry obtained the certification of Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA.
