Naveta Garg

Naveta Garg has over 20 years of experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Senior Director of HR & Support Services at SCA Health since April 2020, following a progression through various HR roles within the organization. Prior to that, Naveta held key positions at SCC Online, Nutech Group, Claimer Associates Limited, and Nirvana Foundation, focusing on talent management, HR frameworks, employee development, and strategic business contributions. With a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from UPTU and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Punjabi University, Naveta has also contributed to education as a Visiting Faculty and has experience in training and development, as well as operations management in earlier roles.
