Saleh Almogarri

Saleh Almogarri is a legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal and GRC at SCAI since September 2023. Previously, Saleh held the position of VP & Manager at Governance & General Board Secretariat in a confidential role from June 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included driving board meeting preparations, ensuring compliance with governance and legal standards, and collaborating with regulatory authorities. Saleh's earlier experience includes serving as the Senior Legal Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Public Investment Fund, as well as various legal roles at Takamol Holding, providing comprehensive legal counsel, drafting policies, and overseeing compliance with labor laws. Saleh holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Islamic Law from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.
