David Stofenmacher

David Stofenmacher has a diverse work experience in the field of online education and leadership roles. David is currently the Founder & CEO of S4Learning, a global online education company focused on social impact through learning. Prior to S4Learning, they founded Scala Learning in 2018. Before that, they served as the Founder & CEO of UTEL University, a leading online education institution with a wide range of academic programs. David has also held board member and board of director positions at Convertia and inConcert. In their earlier career, they served as a counselor at Instituto de Tecnología Educativa and as the Director General at Instituto Internacional de Tecnología Educativa. David also served as a member of the governing board at Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico, Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and Universidad Americana de Costa Rica (UAM).

David Stofenmacher earned their Licenciatura in Sociologia from the University of Buenos Aires from 1983 to 1989. David later pursued a M.A. degree in Communication at The Hebrew University from 1989 to 1992.
