Danylo Araujo Cruz

Danylo Araujo Cruz has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Danylo started their career as a Product Designer Intern at DESIGN CONNECTION PROJETOS S/ LTDA in 2011. Danylo then worked at 21Diamonds as the Head of Design from February 2012 to December 2012, and later as the Head of Purchasing & Product Manager from January 2013 to September 2013. Danylo joined Westwing Casa e Decoração in October 2013 as a Category Manager and later served as the Head of Production from June 2014 to May 2015, and as the Head of Commercial Intelligence from January 2015 to May 2015. Danylo then worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Westwing Home & Living from May 2015 to December 2015.

In 2016, Danylo joined CARZADA as the Business Intelligence Manager & UX, where they played a key role in developing the BI department and DWH, implementing the Data Driven Sourcing and Pricing strategy, and redesigning the website for better customer experience. Danylo stayed with CARZADA until March 2017.

From May 2017 to March 2018, Danylo worked as the Customer Experience Manager at Steinhoff International, where they were responsible for improving the customer journey, increasing conversion rate, and managing projects for retailers globally.

Since August 2018, Danylo has been working at Scalable Capital, starting as a Product Owner and later progressing to the role of Senior Product Owner. In January 2021, they became the Chapter Lead Product B2C, and currently serves as the Head of Product since July 2021.
