Ramesh Kumar

Ramesh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Ramesh is currently serving as the Delivery Head at Scalable Systems since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at IDC Technologies, Inc. for three years as a Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing a team of IT recruiters and serving as a SPOC/Key Account Manager for existing clients. Before joining IDC Technologies, Inc., Ramesh worked at Enterprise Solutions Inc. for eight years as an Account Manager, where they led a team and was responsible for developing recruiting strategies and sourcing highly qualified candidates. Ramesh also worked at Avenues International Inc. for two years as a Senior Technical Recruiter, managing the complete recruitment life cycle and mentoring junior team members. Ramesh began their career at Luzdel Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Recruiter, sourcing profiles and developing job descriptions for clients such as Capgemini Consulting and Cognizant Technology Solution.

Ramesh Kumar completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in HR from Software Engineering Jobs from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they pursued an MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from All India Management Association (AIMA) from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Ramesh Kumar obtained a certification in the StartUp India Learning Program from Invest India in October 2020.
