Doug MacColl began their education at Clifton College from 1980 to 1989. From 1989 to 1991, they pursued a B.Sc. Econ (HON) Degree in Accountancy at the UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF CARDIFF. Concurrently, they studied at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, graduating with a Bsc in accountancy from 1989 to 1991. Lastly, they completed their education at the Institute of Chartered Accounts England and Wales from 1990 to 1993, earning the designation of Chartered Accountant in Accountancy.
