Doug MacColl

Doug MacColl has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Doug is currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer at Scalabrini Village Ltd, a faith-based non-profit organization that provides care for the elderly and individuals with dementia. In this role, they have a wide range of responsibilities beyond finance.

Prior to their current position, Doug served as the Interim CEO at National Events Alliance, where they held a leadership role for a limited period. Doug's career began at Pentland Group, where they held various executive roles, including Brand CFO, Global Head of Compliance, Interim Finance Director of Ellesse International Worldwide, and Finance Director of Speedo Australia.

Doug started their professional journey at London Transport as a Business Risk Manager, where they established new processes and frameworks related to ticketing, risk, and corporate governance.

Finally, Doug worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in their Business Risk Consultancy group. Doug managed teams and serviced clients in Engineering, Manufacturing, PFI, Construction, and the Public Sectors.

Doug MacColl began their education at Clifton College from 1980 to 1989. Doug then attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1987 to 1990, where they completed a Bachelor of Science - BS Econ (hon) in Accountancy and Law. From 1989 to 1991, they pursued a B.Sc. Econ (HON) Degree in Accountancy at the UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF CARDIFF. Concurrently, they studied at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, graduating with a Bsc in accountancy from 1989 to 1991. Lastly, they completed their education at the Institute of Chartered Accounts England and Wales from 1990 to 1993, earning the designation of Chartered Accountant in Accountancy.
